    Wonderful! Luis, our guide, was attentive to everything we needed from the moment we booked the tour. The tour's meeting point is at the Tortuguero pier, but our hotel, the Evergreen, is outside the town, and he provided a taxi for pickup and drop-off. Luis is a very professional and respectful guide; he explained everything very well, and we were incredibly lucky to see a turtle laying its eggs—amazing! Thank you for your hospitality, Luis!
