We really liked it. The team was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and eager to please. It was hard to see the dolphins, but they tried hard until they succeeded; they put in a lot of effort. As for improvements, I would say they should explain more and give more details (for example, how many miles from the coast we are, what area we want to see, what fauna is typical in this area, etc.). Explaining more and talking more is, in my opinion, better because it makes the trip more enjoyable. But even so, we liked it and would repeat it.
They made an effort to find species, and we saw pilot whales (I expected to see more, but they can't control that). They gave us food and drinks and were very attentive to our well-being (I got seasick, hahahahaha). I would go back and recommend it.
The boat trip from Playa Santiago to the south of the island to see whales and dolphins was very enjoyable. The crew of the Tina III boat was attentive at all times, making sure we were safe and had a small snack and drink at all times. The best part was that we saw many cetaceans that day, which some of the crew members explained to us later. They also let us go for a swim in the open sea, which was fantastic!
