    The experience was great, but I believe the operator improperly charged me $10 for the National Park entrance fee. It was likely a mistake because the reservation details state that I already paid the river conservation fees and the Victoria Falls National Park entrance fee. I've attached the voucher for what I was charged. Please refund the amount charged improperly. Thank you. Francisco Delgado Piqueras
