Whistler Peak Via Ferrata
Activity Highlights
We'll meet at the indicated time at a central point in Whistler. With introductions out of the way, we'll hop in a vehicle and make our way to the starting point of our climb.
Upon reaching the base point, we'll gear up alongside our professional guide. They'll help us securely fasten the specialized climbing equipment needed for a successful summit. Don't worry if it's your first time, our guide will help us the whole way up, so no prior experience is necessary. With everybody strapped in, it's time to climb!
We'll clip ourselves onto a cable via a unique lanyard system that will keep us safe as we make our way up a series of ladder rungs built into the rock wall. Safely and calmly we'll ascend, climbing 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) of mountain terrain to reach the summit at 260 meters (850 feet) high. If you're joining us and happen to have a GoPro, there are special helmets with mounts available, so you can capture every thrilling second of your climb!
Once we reach the top we'll be rewarded with stunning panoramas of the Whistler's mountains and valleys and a wide open sky.
After 4 hours of adrenaline-filled adventure, we'll bring the experience to an end back at the meeting point.
