Yangon Night Walking Tour
At 5 pm on the evening of your tour, meet your guide at the Independence Monument in Yangon's Maha Bandula Park. From there, you'll stroll over to the lively Shwe Bon Thar Road, wandering down the leafy colonial-style street between the market stalls selling everything from second hand clothing to high-tech mobile phones and televisions.
As the sun begins to set and the captivating evening light is cast on the city, you'll have the perfect opportunity to admire Yangon's beautiful Buddhist and Hindu temples at golden hour. Next, make a stop at a local street food stall to enjoy a green tea or even a freshly squeezed sugar cane juice... you choose!
Continue your walking tour towards Chinatown, where you'll be immersed in the hustle and bustle of Yangon at night. Explore the street market and let your senses be captivated by the tantalising tastes and smells and the vibrant red lanterns that guide your path. You're sure to be tempted by the Burmese delicacies being sold at the stalls and enjoyed by the locals.
Your night tour of Yangon will come to an end at 7:30 pm in the best possible way: indulging in a refreshing beer and mouth-watering typical dishes at a local bar on 19th Street. An unforgettable evening!
