Bay of Mazatlán Speedboat Tour + Whale Museum Tickets
Tour Details
After picking you up at your hotel, we'll leave for the Mazatlán Marina. Once there, we'll climb aboard a semi-rigid speedboat and begin an incredible ride around the bay.
First of all, we'll have a glimpse of the islands of Mazatlán: the Isla de Venados, the Isla de Pájaros, the Isla de Lobos and the islote Dos Hermanos, two identical rocks in which you'll be able to distinguish curious cavities. All of them form a protected area due to their fauna and flora. If you look up at the sky, you may see some of the birds that inhabit them, including red-billed woodpeckers and brown boobies.
During the boat ride, you'll also see other formations such as El Crestón and El Cardó. Be careful! Friendly dolphins and sea lions live in these waters.
After getting to know the fascinating bay of Mazatlan from the boat, we'll make a stop at the Isla de Venados, a real natural treasure where you'll have half an hour free to swim in its crystal-clear waters and snorkel to see its marine fauna.
Finally, we'll return to the boat and return to the starting point after a 3-hour trip.
Whale Museum
To complete your experience, at the end of the tour we'll give you tickets to visit the MUNBA, the Whale Museum. This is the perfect place to learn all about whales, as well as their history in the Mexican Pacific and how they influence the marine ecosystem.
These tickets can be used at any time during your stay in Mazatlán.
