Winter Park Snowshoeing Tour
Activity Details
After meeting at the indicated time at the entrance to Winter Park, we'll embark on a very special route around the base of Cerro Otto. Are you ready for a unique adventure in Bariloche?
We'll start with a brief introductory talk and put on our snowshoes. Once everything is ready, we'll head to the start of the trail and begin to glide gently over the pristine white blanket of Winter Park. From the first moment, we'll be surrounded by the frost-covered ñire and lenga forests.
As we go along, we'll share information about the species of fauna and flora that survive the cold of the Argentinean Patagonia. We'll cross trails enveloped in the ethereal atmosphere of the white landscape and the snow-capped peaks that merge with the sky. We'll admire the surrounding valley and, if it's a sunny day, we'll see how the sun's rays fall on the ice, giving it an almost magical luminosity.
Of course, there will be several photo stops at strategic locations in Winter Park. Moreover, this tour does not require any previous snowshoeing experience. Just the desire to disconnect, breathe fresh air and let yourself be amazed by the winter nature of Bariloche.
After between 1.5 and 2 hours, we'll say our goodbyes at the meeting point. Until next time!
