A very interesting and comprehensive activity. First, after putting on a lab coat and hat, we participated in a cheese tasting performed beautifully by Loren. Then, with him, we made our own sheep's milk cheese. Everything was very clean and carefully prepared. We saw the entire process with the corresponding explanation. Finally, after a two-hour workshop, we were given the cheese. I highly recommend it. Loren loves her job and transmits it.
A very interesting, fun, and highly recommended activity. Cristina was wonderful; she lovingly showed us how this family business works. We made our own fresh cheese, and they prepared a wonderful cheese tasting for us. 100% recommended if you're visiting the area.
