We'll meet at the designated time at Via Oreste Vancini, number 4. Once we're all gathered, we'll begin this unique experience in Bologna. You'll learn all the secrets of Italian pasta in this workshop!
Before beginning our class, we'll first delight our taste buds with an aperitif of homemade pizza accompanied by an exquisite wine. What more could you ask for?
Afterward, we'll follow the steps of our chef Minelli to prepare two specialties of Emilia-Romagna cuisine: tortellini with a fresh cherry tomato sauce and tagliatelle with ragù. Does that make your mouth water?
After making our Italian dish, it'll be time to try our fresh pasta! You'll taste the two recipes you've created, and we'll finish our feast on a high with a delicious tiramisu. Perfect for those with a sweet tooth!
