We'll meet at the designated time at Via Milazzo to begin this culinary experience in Bologna, where you'll taste some of the most typical products of Emilia-Romagna and Italy.
First, we'll discuss the incredible culinary culture that this region is known for, focusing on the history and traditions that have made this cuisine famous worldwide. Afterward, we'll taste a selection of gourmet panini, crafted meticulously with fresh, local ingredients.
Each panini will be accompanied by a glass of wine that has been carefully selected to enhance the flavors of each sandwich. Plus, after finishing your tasting, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the wines and products you have tasted. What else could you ask for?

Tasting Types
During the booking process, you can choose between two tastings:
- Tasting of Italy panini: includes a meatball and sauce sandwich, a ragu sandwich, and a parmigiana sandwich
- Tasting of Emilia panini: includes a mortadella sandwich, a ham sandwich, and a sandwich with traditional regional cheese. This is the perfect option to discover the specialities of Emilia-Romagna!
Upon request, a vegetarian option is also available. This option includes a parmigiana sandwich, a vegetable omelet sandwich, and a cheese, pesto, and tomato sandwich. There is also a children's option, which includes a meatball sandwich, a vegetable omelet sandwich, and a mortadella sandwich, along with a drink.
