Los trabajadores muy atentos, excelente show cuando íbamos en camino Y cuando regresábamos se armó la fiesta, a cada rato ofrecían bebidas, pasaban dando shot, cerveza, agua jugo, la verdad todo increíble, les recomiendo el paquete que incluye comida el buffet está muy bueno igual todo incluido bebidas alcohol etc, la actividad de snorkel increíble si sabes nadar, si no tomas un poco de agua jajaja pero increíble Translate this opinion into English.

Recogida puntual, el paseo en catamarán muy agradable, con barra libre (sencilla pero efectiva para ambientar) y música para amenizar el trayecto. El snorkeling bien organizado y vimos bastantes peces y corales. El club de playa en Isla Mujeres era decente y la playa muy limpia. La comida razonable y los baños un poquito descuidados (entendible con el volumen de personas que pasa por ahí en un día). Guías, camareros, conductores, todos muy amables y joviales.

El snorkel esta bastante masificado vas con un grupo de 100 personas y prácticamente no ves ningún animal…el tiempo en isla mujeres esta bien, es una isla paradisiaca que merece la pena disfrutar si o si si vas a Cancun…eso si lleva protección solar ya que son 4 horas en la Isla y si es un día de sol, o coges una tumbona por 40 dólares o hay poca sombra donde estar… Translate this opinion into English.

El snorquel duró muy poco tiempo, apenas 30 minutos desde que empieza la gente a bajar del barco al agua y volver a subir, dentro del agua ni 15 minutos. La comida en el restaurante Icebar (de Isla Mujeres ) malisima, lo peor de la excursión. Lo mejor, el personal del barco, fueron muy amables y simpáticos.

The snorkeling was very short, barely 30 minutes from the time people started getting off the boat and back on, and less than 15 minutes in the water. The food at the Icebar restaurant (on Isla Mujeres) was terrible, the worst part of the excursion. The best part was the boat crew; they were very kind and friendly.

Pontos positivos: o passeio é agradável e a tripulação super gentil. A embarcação é super garnde e organizada. O passeio entrega o que promete. Pontos negativos; check-in super desorganizado, um grande tumulto de pessoas onde ninguém sabe nada. A parte do snorkel também é uma tremenda bagunça e correria, não da pra aproveitar nada.

Te llevan a islas mujeres sin mas... NO pagen el upgrade solo vas un poco mas ancho en otro catamaran y ya es una estafa. Prometen un sitio mas VIP con hamacas y mas exclusivo y lo que te encuentras es el buffet de comida BASURA donde van también los que no han pagado de mas. Comida malisima. Cocktails malos en el barco. Y al terminar te medio obligan a dar propina incluso diciendote la cantidad de manera muy insistente.

They take you to Isla Mujeres for no reason... Don't pay for the upgrade. Just get a little more space on another catamaran and it's a scam. They promise a more exclusive, VIP spot with hammocks, and what you end up with is a junk food buffet where even those who haven't overpaid go. Terrible food. Bad cocktails on the boat. And when you're done, they sort of force you to tip, even insistently telling you the amount.

Francamente mal desde el principio hasta el final. Nada puede salvarse, todo un desastre. La organización desastrosa, hay que tragarse largas colas para todo, la comida deleznable, las playas malas y sucias. Intentan continuamente sacarte el dinero. La actividad del snorkel malísima. No se salva nada, quizás la tripulación del barco es lo único menos malo, todo lo demás de pena. Deberían prohibir tratar tan mal a los clientes, aunque parece que solo buscan estafar al incautó. Muy mal todo.

Frankly, it was bad from start to finish. Nothing could be saved, it was a complete disaster. The organization was disastrous, you had to endure long lines for everything, the food was awful, the beaches were poor and dirty. They constantly tried to get your money. The snorkeling was terrible. Nothing was saved, perhaps the boat crew was the only thing that was less bad, everything else was disgraceful. They should ban such poor treatment of customers, although it seems they're just looking to scam the unwary. Everything was very bad.

Muy por debajo de las expectativas. El tiempo de snorkel fue muy breve y cerca de la costa, no en Isla Mujeres. Excepto las estatuas no vimos nada de relevancia. La comida es mediocre tirando a mala, toda la atención la ponen en hacerte beber a bordo y escuchar música en plan fiestuki que, puede estar bien si sabes que vas solo a eso. No te dan ninguna información sobre Isla Mujeres, solo te indican dónde comprar souvenirs. Todo muy comercial.

Far below expectations. The snorkeling time was very short and close to the coast, not on Isla Mujeres. Except for the statues, we didn't see anything of note. The food is mediocre to bad; all the attention is focused on getting you to drink on board and listening to party-style music, which might be fine if you know you're going there just for that. They don't give you any information about Isla Mujeres; they just tell you where to buy souvenirs. It's all very commercial.

La actividad no está mal y si vale mucho hacerla. El mar y el arrecife es impresionante de hermoso. La experiencia encima del catamarán es de 10 , pero muy sucio y horrible el sitio donde te llevan a comer, para nada con una experiencia VIP. Restaurante muy de bajo nivel, comida mala. Se pasa calor. Por favor cambiar el restaurante. Lo único VIP y que si reconozco es el catamarán la bebida y la atención de la tripulación y la guía. Gracias

The activity isn't bad and is well worth doing. The sea and the reef are breathtakingly beautiful. The experience on the catamaran is 10/10, but the place where they take you to eat is very dirty and horrible, not at all a VIP experience. The restaurant is very substandard, the food is terrible. It's hot. Please change the restaurant. The only VIP things I recognize are the catamaran, the drinks, and the attention of the crew and guide. Thank you.
