No nos esperábamos tanta gente. Entramos a las 8. Hay que hacer cola para «ver» a los pandas y, aun así, es una lotería. Hay un par de ellos en recintos al aire libre, pero a las 9 de la mañana, con el calor que hace, ya se esconden y no los ves. También es muy complicado ver a los que están en los recintos interiores: hay tanta gente que te empujan y las ventanas están empañadas por el calor que emana el público. Además, hay una cola interminable para el autobús lanzadera. No lo recomendamos!

We weren't expecting so many people. We went in at 8. You have to queue to "see" the pandas, and even then, it's a lottery. There are a couple of them in outdoor enclosures, but by 9 a.m., with the heat, they're already hiding and you won't see them. It's also very difficult to see the ones in the indoor enclosures: there are so many people that you get pushed around, and the windows are fogged up by the heat from the crowds. Plus, there's an endless queue for the shuttle bus. We don't recommend it!

El operador me canceló la reserva por aforo el mismo día de la actividad y me avisó por mail el cuál no ví y fui hasta el lugar y no me dejaron entrar. Todavía estoy esperando el reembolso!!!

Del parque decir que es muy interesante si te gustan los seres vivos. De la gestión de las entradas comentar que resulta algo confuso pues se dan indicaciones que luego no son ciertas. Se envían " cupones" que el proveedor local debe cambiar por QRs que dan acceso pero luego resulta que se accede con el pasaporte.

The park is very interesting if you like wildlife. However, the ticketing system is somewhat confusing, as some instructions are incorrect. They send "coupons" that the local provider is supposed to exchange for QR codes that grant access, but then it turns out that you only need your passport to enter.
