Join us on a unique journey to the heart of the Inca empire in true 1920s style on our Machu Picchu Luxury Train Trip. It'll be an experience like no other!

Description

Visiting a place as special as Machu Picchu requires a unique journey. Can you picture arriving at the heart of the Inca empire aboard a luxury train? If this swanky experience is right up your street, we'll see you at the scheduled time at Poroy station in Cusco.

Once you've settled into your seats, we'll give you a welcome cocktail and set off on an unforgettable journey through the Peruvian Andes. In addition to the views, you'll be amazed by the interior of this elegant railway. The polished wood, the bronze, the seats... even the most minute details have been taken care of in these 1920s-inspired carriages!

Before arriving at Machu Picchu, we'll have a gourmet meal à la carte which includes a starter, main course, dessert and drink. After a journey lasting 3 hours 30 minutes, we'll arrive in Aguas Calientes.

From there, we'll take a bus up to the top of the mountain, where the citadel of Machu Picchu is located. At the archaeological site, we'll take a guided tour that'll last between 2 and 3 hours. During the tour, we'll discuss the history, legends and greatness of the Incas.

Before wrapping up the experience, we'll make a stop next to the entrance to Machu Picchu, where you'll find one of the most beautiful hotels in Peru. We'll have a lovely afternoon tea here to round off our experience.

Finally, we'll make our way back down to the village of Aguas Calientes, where we'll take the train back to Cusco, where we'll say our final goodbyes after 12.5 hours of fun.

One-Way Ticket

If you'd prefer, you can book a one-way ticket to Machu Picchu. This option includes transport by luxury train and afternoon tea.
