Helsinki Sightseeing Bus
We board the Helsinki Panoramic Bus Tour at the pretty Esplanadi Park. Onboard, you will enjoy English language audio commentary telling you all about the fascinating history of the city.
We will visit the historic city center, first passing through the central Senate Square, where you will see the Government Palace and the iconic Lutheran Cathedral. We will also pass the principle eastern orthodox church in Finland: Uspenski Cathedral.
Our tour continues, passing the idyllic Kaivopuisto park, before we head to the west of the capital where we encounter the magnificent Temppeliaukio church. Known as the 'Church of the Rock', this shrine was built directly into the surface of the land.
Our panoramic bus tour through Helsinki ends by returning again to Esplanadi Park.
If on the day of your tour the Temppeliaukio church is closed, we will visit the Sibelius Monument instead. This is located in the park of the same name and was built in homage to the Finnish composer Jean Sibelius.
