Esperienza pessima.La guida,che si è definita freelance,nonostante il tour ,io l'avessi pagato e ci fosse un itinerario,non sapeva nulla.Quali orari rispettare,dove andare e come muoversi.Noi dicevamo a lui,il da farsi.Nel tour era anche previsto di andare a Tai O e non l'abbiamo fatto.

Terrible experience. The guide, who called himself freelance, despite the fact that I had paid for the tour and there was an itinerary, knew nothing. What schedules to follow, where to go, and how to move around. We were telling him what to do. The tour was also supposed to include a visit to Tai O, and we didn't do that.

Non utilizzerò più Civitatis. Ci sono dei costi nascosti e, comunque, il costo totale risulta eccessivo e sproporzionato rispetto al servizio. Inoltre, la descrizione dell’attività non corrisponde pienamente a quanto realmente offerto. Un’esperienza da non ripetere.

I will never use Civitatis again. There are hidden costs, and the total cost is excessive and disproportionate to the service. Furthermore, the description of the activity doesn't fully match what's actually offered. An experience not to be repeated.

The activity was cancelled without any notice, just realised when ringing as there was no guide. No splution given yet so we have to figured out the day by ourselves. Very disappointed
