Opté por realizar la excursión un lunes (25 de agosto de 2025) porque tanto en la web, como en la propia reserva se indicaba que la misma se realizaría en español. Para mi sorpresa, una vez ya en el autobús, la guía me indica que la excursión se realizará exclusivamente en inglés, sin darme ninguna explicación más. Mi familia no habla inglés, por lo que no entendieron absolutamente nada en toda la excursión. Decepcionante. Por lo demás, las visitas fueron correctas.

I chose to take the tour on a Monday (August 25, 2025) because both the website and the booking itself indicated it would be in Spanish. To my surprise, once on the bus, the guide told me the tour would be conducted exclusively in English, without giving me any further explanation. Lo bueno: el guía Pablo y conductor Manuel son geniales! Pablo al ser argentino tiene mucho más conexión con el público de habla hispana además de ayudarte en todo momento y dar instrucciones claras de cómo se va a realizar el tour Lo malo: desde el 01 de abril através de civitatis (página que no actualizo la informacion) se elimino Bath solo enterandonos al momento de llegar al bus. Por lo que genera una sensación amarga ya que lo tenia en agenda de cosas por ver.
