me gustaría comentar que al hacer la reserva tuve que indicar yo la hora de recogida en el hotel, cuando pienso que sería mejor poner la hora de salida del vuelo, y que el receptivo en destino confirmara la hora de recogida ya que ellos saben el tiempo real que dura dicho traslado, y si dependiendo de la hora de recogida, hay más o menos tráfico, etc, y estos detalles la mayoría de las personas que viajan lo desconocen y se puede indicar una hora que no es correcta. Cuando llegamos a Funchal nos estaba esperando una furgoneta y un coche pequeño, solo para 11 personas cuando yo había reservado dos furgonetas para 14 personas , así que hubo tres personas que tuvieron que irse en otro vehículo. Es la primera vez que contrato está actividad y me pasa que no llega lo contratado.

Tanto la reserva como el vehículo contratado eran para 7 personas, no para 14. Sentimos si ha habido alguna confusión al respecto.

Por favor, no envien al mismo conductor el dia 11 en mi reserva con direccion al aeropuerto, el conductor iba muy deprisa y casi me da un ataque de ansiedad. Por favor tenganlo en cuenta y confirmelo.

Conductor que llegó tarde,cómo nos vio molestos nos contestó mal,diciendo que si estábamos enterados llamarnos a la policía, y que él no tenía culpa ,el culpable era la empresa que le daba mucho trabajo y pagaba poco
