Day Trip Details

After picking you up from the meeting point in Malaga, we'll head to Frigiliana by bus. This stunning settlement, nestled in the hills of Malaga, is one of the regional pueblos blancos (white villages).

Once we've arrived, we'll take a tour to discover its charms until we arrive in front of the old honey factory. Then, you'll have free time to wander freely around Frigiliana, letting yourself be enchanted by its unique charm. You'll have the power to decide how you'd like to make the most of your visit.

Would you like to taste some typical products from Frigliana? Choto, migas (fried breadcrumbs) and muscatel wine await! Or if you'd prefer a more cultural visit, you can head to its 9th-century fortress. This historic spot served as the final remnant of Al-Andalus.

Afterwards, we'll set off for Nerja. Once we get there, you'll discover just why this ancient fishing village has become one of the main tourist destinations in Malaga. We'll then give you time to wander down the main streets in Nerja until we reach the Balcony of Europe observation point overlooking the ocean.

Afterwards, you'll be able to stroll around the narrow streets to check out the shops and restaurants if you feel like it.

We'll then hop back on the bus and return to Malaga, where we'll arrive after 8 - 10 hours.

Add a Visit to the Nerja Caves

Want to make the most of your visit? Don’t miss the chance to explore the Nerja Caves by selecting this option! In addition to the main itinerary, this option includes a guided visit to these fascinating prehistoric caves, known for their vast chambers and spectacular rock formations — a true must-see in Nerja.

Before heading back, we’ll step into this natural marvel of the Málaga province, discovered in 1959. Inside, we’ll admire the impressive geological formations and uncover the historical significance of this underground treasure.

After an unforgettable day, we’ll return to Málaga approximately nine hours after departure.
