We rushed to get there and even spoke to one of the staff over the phone on our way to confirm the location. When we arrived we were told there is only a Spanish or German tour guide so no English option. This was not clear on the website or at booking. Therefore we were told by the guides that there was no point in us continuing on the tour and we had wasted our time. It was too late for us to book another tour on our trip. What a shame!

Raquel our guide established a great relationship with the group. Spoken English very good. Got to know our interests and tailored the tour to incorporate these. Guide very knowledgeable if the city and history. Excellent tour, would definitely do this again

I enjoyed Free Walking Tour of Palma de Mallorca together with my husband. Even though it was rather rainy and chilly on the excursion day (and we were the only persons who came to English-spoken tour) our guide walked, explained and showed us as much as possible. She was open to the questions and provided us with useful advices. Definitely recommend!

The tour was cancelled and I did not receive any e-mail. So we were waiting in that place of meeting, and woman at the place of beginning of the tour in different language only told me that guide is sick and then she turn to the other side from us and that was everything. I am very disappointed.

Me and my friends had the guided tour in English and it was really really good. The guide brought us around al the city showing all the main attractions (that you can visit from inside later if you wish) and telling us all the story and traditions of the island.

As there were so few English speakers one of the groups was in Spanish and English. Raquel was excellent in keeping both groups interested and the tour moving. We learned so much about the Majorcan history of this beautiful city. Out of the way places were pointed out to revisit during our stay. Highly recommend.
