Costa & Pampa Winery Trip
At 9 am, we will pick you up at your hotel in Mar del Plata and take the old road to Miramar. This route through the province of Buenos Aires will take us through the idyllic rural landscapes of the so-called "camino de la estancias", which is dotted with numerous vineyards and wineries.
After a 40-minute drive, we'll arrive at the Costa & Pampa winery, one of the most outstanding in the province. We begin our tour of its facilities with an introductory video about the history of this famous wine company. Then we will visit the vineyards, located just a few miles from the sea.
During the visit, the staff of the facilities will show us how the wine producing grapes are grown. From the vineyards, we will go inside the winery to observe its barrel room and the machinery used in the production. As we will see, it is a complex process that goes through several phases until reaching the final consumer.
We will complete our visit to the Costa & Pampa winery by enjoying a tasting of Argentine wines made with Riesling and Gewürztraminer. These kinds of grapes produce fresh, aromatic wines, with a very particular taste.
After the wine tasting, we will return to Mar del Plata. Arrival at your hotel is scheduled for 1 pm.
