La visita estuvo bien, aunque el guía se dejaba cosas por explicar. Lo que no nos gustó nada es que decían que era free tour, pero desde el primer momento el guía nos dijo que había un mínimo de 35000 pesos. Si es un cree tour deben dejar que el cliente decida y no forzar la situación desde el principio. Y al final del tour, cuando le dimos los 35000 por persona nos dijo que igual podríamos darle 20000 más. Esto me parece horrible. Prefiero que en vez de free tour pongan que tiene un costo. El tour en sí está bien. Pero no hemos tenido suerte con el grupo que nos ha tocado y considero que el guía no ha sabido gestionarlo del todo bien. Para empezar hemos empezado media hora tarde por esperar a una parte del grupo, gran parte de las explicaciones se han dado en tiendas de amigos del guía, la misma parte del grupo se ha parado a comprar en otras tiendas y ha habido que esperar… Creo que la gestión ha dejado bastante que desear y el tour ha durado demasiado para lo que se ha hecho.

The tour itself is fine. However, we weren't lucky with the group we were with, and I don't think the guide managed it very well. To begin with, we started half an hour late because we had to wait for part of the group. A large part of the explanations were given in shops owned by friends of the guide, and then that same group stopped to buy things in other shops, requiring us to wait even longer. I think the management left much to be desired, and the tour lasted far too long for what was actually done.

La guía nos dio un tour con mucho empeño y dedicación. Fue muy positivo que nos llevó por callecitas para conocer mejor la comunidad, y nos hizo una parada muy necesaria para comer helado de mango. Lo único negativo es que ahora la Comuna 13 es un sitio muy turístico. La calle principal está llena de puestos de souvenirs, que ya no dejan ver los murales y el arte callejero que en otro momento fueron tan importantes, y que venden productos genéricos, que no tienen que ver con la comunidad.
