Delight your palate with this gastronomic tour of the French region of Provence. You'll try its most typical dishes, and learn how olive oil is made.
Having picked you up from your hotel in Monaco we'll make our way to Opio, a little Provençal town where we'll get to know the gastronomic culture of the French region.
In Opio we'll visit an oil mill, to learn the methods by which this liquid gold, olive oil, is made. And during the tour, you'll be able to enjoy a tasting of the different kinds of oil which are made and of other olive products, such as tapenade.
Next stop is the Mont Albán fort, found in the highest part of Nice. From here you'll get some unbeatable views of Provence while your guide tells you about the long history of this military fortress.
Having rested, we'll continue our food tour at "Chez Pipo", the perfect place to discover and taste the region's typical cuisine. Some of the dishes we'll try include Socca and Pissaladière, accompanied by a delicious rosé wine.
With our appetites satiated, we'll head back to your hotel in Monaco.
