Bread Making Workshop

We'll meet at Monchique's main square at 11 am. From there, we'll travel to the nearby town of Alferce, where we'll learn how to make our own bread!

Once we arrive, we'll head to a friendly local workshop. We'll start by making the dough for the bread. While we let it rest, we'll take a walk around Alferce to get to know this small inland town of the Algarve.

Then, we'll return to the workshop and continue the bread making process. After kneading the dough, we'll pop it in the oven. While it's cooking, we'll take a moment to prepare the other ingredients that will complete the delicious meal we're preparing. Homemade pizza, olive bread, rosemary bread, chorizo bread...hungry yet?

After working up an appetite preparing everything, we'll sit down with a glass of wine and taste our delicious creations. Then, once we've treated our taste buds to this bread making workshop, we'll return to the starting point in Monchique at approximately 1:30 pm.
