Private El Bosque Trip + Canaán Hot Springs
Private El Bosque Trip + Canaán Hot Springs
At 7 am we will meet at Carrera 4ª de Murillo. From here, we'll set off on a jam-packed and adventure-filled day. First, we'll get into a comfortable vehicle and drive two hours to El Bosque, where we'll do our private walking tour to the hot springs of Canaán. When we get to our destination, before we begin walking, we'll stop at a farm to have a delicious country breakfast of broth, chocolate, eggs, and arepas.
Once we've gathered plenty of energy for the big day ahead, we'll do a quick tour of the farm facilities and observe the different species of native plants. Have you ever heard of the wax palm? We'll learn about the peculiarities of this local plant from Quindío.
Afterwards, we'll start walking to the hot springs of Canaán. In this dazzling natural enclave nestled in the mountains, you'll have three hours of free time to take a relaxing bath.
Between 12 and 2 pm, we'll have a delicious traditional-style lunch consisting of soup or a starter, a portion of rice, meat or trout, salad, and fruit juice. Yum!
Finally, between 6 and 7 pm, the tour will come to an end back at the starting point in Murillo.
