It does worth to know the history of this place, It was a very huge settlement, the guide was very kind and explained everthing perfectly. The only but for me was the audio device, sometimes the signal was cutting and also sometimes was very difficult to understand due to the wind, indeed I removed the device from the ear and i prefered to be close ro the guide to get everthing from her. But the place is amazing.

Me siento engañado. Primero iba a ser en español. Se pone enfermo el guía, vale. Luego nos dicen que en inglés pero nos dicen que hay audioguías en español para seguir al quía. En vez de eso nos dice que sólo hay una aplicación que no coincide en nada con el guía y muy escueta. Fue una experiencia horrible porque no entendemos inglés y el guía no nos sirvió. Civitatis no respondió a nuestra demanda lo dejó en manos de un proveedor externo y la información de la actividad no era la misma.

I feel cheated. First, it was supposed to be in Spanish. The guide got sick, fine. Then they told us it would be in English, but said there were audio guides in Spanish to follow along with the guide. Instead, they told us there was only an app that didn't match the guide at all and was very basic. It was a horrible experience because we don't understand English and the guide was useless to us. Civitatis didn't respond to our complaint; they left it in the hands of an external provider, and the information about the activity wasn't the same.

Visita guiada con explicaciones básicas y pobres, y saltándose muchos sitios iconicos que luego no tuvimos tiempo de ir a ver por nuestra cuenta, ya que sólo te dejan 45 minutos para ver el museo y explorar por tu cuenta. La travesía en el barco fue un infierno, demasiado rápido y con unos saltos del barco que rayan lo temerario. El capitán debería ir más despacio aunque llegue tarde a cenar y la guia debería escoger mejor los puntos de interés y caminar más rápido.

The guided tour offered basic and poor explanations, skipping over many iconic sites that we didn't have time to see on our own, as they only gave you 45 minutes to see the museum and explore independently. The boat trip was a nightmare, too fast, and with jumps off the boat that bordered on reckless. La excursión en español solo empieza a las 11.30, al final montamos en el barco tarde, llegamos a la Isla y la guía tardo en venir, empezamos nuestra visita casi a la 1 del medio día con todo el calor y volvimos en el último barco de las 3. La guía en español fue maravillosa, pero creo que la excursión debería empezar más temprano.

The tour in Spanish only starts at 11:30, in the end we boarded the boat late, we arrived at the Island and the guide was late in coming, we started our visit almost at 1 in the afternoon in all the heat and we returned on the last boat of the 3. Prima di tutto vorrei sottolineare che siamo partiti nonostante un mare molto agitato. Ci siamo molto spaventati durante la traversata da Delo a Mykons. Se non si è in sicurezza bisognerebbe annullare l'escursione. La guida poteva essere più approfondita e poteva accompagnarci a visitare la domus dei delfini, il teatro e anche il museo, invece ci ha dato tempo per visitarle in modo autonomo...

la guida poteva essere più completa. troppo approssimata. Ha lasciato tempo libero per farci vedere da soli museo teatro e tempio di iside. Inoltre sono partiti comunque con un mare molto agitato. A ritorno le ondo erano veramente alte e sul traghetto ci siamo non solo bagnati ma anche spavantati. In caso di non sicurarezza bisogna avere il coraggio di annullare!
