Además, nos iban explicando en todo momento a donde mirar y cuando para ver las figuras. Si eres de los que se marean, procura desayunar mínimo 2 horas antes del vuelo y toma biodramina! La actividad bien y así. La comunicación con la agencia y con Civitatis pésimo, a la agencia no solo se les olvidó recogernos a la hora indicada, jamás nos dijeron el porqué, y cual fue la razón. Nunca se comunicaron y Civitatis igual jamás nos respondió, no fue hasta que alguien del equipo de la agencia Aeronasca, gestionó que otro conductor pasara por nosotros. Evidentemente perdimos nuestras reservas ya hechas y jamás nos contestaron

The activity itself was fine, but communication with the agency and Civitatis was terrible. The agency not only forgot to pick us up at the agreed time, but they never told us why or what the reason was. They never contacted us, and Civitatis never responded either. It wasn't until someone from the Aeronasca agency team arranged for another driver to pick us up that we received any further assistance. We obviously lost our reservations, and they never responded to our inquiries.

La actividad muy bien, recogida a la hora pactada y todo bastante profesional. La nota negativa fue que Civitatis me pasó un cargo superior al indicado al hacer la reserva, puse la reclamación pero no me quieren devolver el dinero cobrado de más. Si reserváis aconsejo hacer capturas de pantalla en los importes.

Está experiencia fue inolvidable. No tanto por las líneas de Nazca en sí, que son muy bonitas, pero sobretodo por la experiencia de volar en avioneta y por las explicaciones de los pilotos. La compañía es muy buena, están muy bien organizados y pendientes. Todo fue genial, lo recomendamos ya que es una experiencia inolvidable. Es una excursión obligatoria, pero la cogería con otras aerolíneas de allí. Civitatis lo hace con aeronasca que tienen turno para salir los 4 entre todas las que hay. Te hacen estar a las 8:00 en el hotel, llegan tarde 30 minutos y luego tienes que esperar 2:30 min porque la excursión empieza a las 10:00 pero tu turno será 11:00 o 11;30. Qué sentido tiene llegar 2 horas antes? La atención del personal es muy mejorable, sobre todo el que lo organiza.

It's a mandatory excursion, but I would book it with other airlines there. Civitatis operates with Aeronasca, which has a departure time of all four.
