At the designated time, we'll meet at the Nahi Grill restaurant, located in the picturesque neighborhood of Jalatlaco. To welcome you, we'll cheer with a mezcal-based cocktail as we meet the mezcal expert who will introduce to the fascinating world of mezcal, sharing facts, legends, and the different types of mezcals that exist. Did you know this drink has been made for centuries in an artisanal way?
Then, we'll enjoy a guided tasting of five mezcals. We'll analyze their sensory notes and show you how to distinguish their aromas, textures, and flavors. Cheers!
Of course, this mezcal tasting wouldn't be complete without the perfect pairing. To do so, we'll enjoy a selection of typical dishes like Oaxacan moles with beef or chicken and cheese, served with rice, tortillas, and bread. You'll enjoy all this while discovering the secrets of the regional cuisine and the traditional utensils used to prepare these delicacies. Delicious!
To wrap up this activity, you'll have time to ask questions, exchange thoughts, and take pictures next to a Catrina mural that decorates the place. You'll be able to purchase local products as a souvenir of this unique experience.
