Cumplen con el ascenso al Roque de los Muchachos y la información que facilitan. No obstante, alargan la excursión dejando hora y media para comer. Podría terminarse dos horas antes viendo todo lo prometido sin problema ninguno, si bien, parece que quieren llevar a turistas a un restaurante concreto.

Autobús viejo. Sin cinturones de seguridad. La persona del telescopio, que explicó sus características dentro de él, lo hizo con mucha prisa. La respuesta que daba a las preguntas las daba con no muchas ganas y tratando a las personas como niños. Demasiado generalistas. La excursión estuvo bien. Fue interesante y bien manejada por el guía y por el conductor, que compensaron los inconvenientes anteriores. En definitiva, se tendría que mejorar, sobre todo el tema de la calidad del transporte.

Subimos en un mini bus con unas 10 personas más. Una hora de muchísimas curvas , el Conductor muy bien y el guía nos iba explicando por el camino. Hicimos varias paradas en miradores y después llegamos al Roque de los muchachos donde vimos los telescopios y hicimos un mini paseo por acantilados! La guía Rosi es un libro que vayas leyendo página a página el conductor Juanjo con esa carretera tan mala hay que darle las gracias por su profesionalidad,pero sobre la excursión creo que se pierde mucho tiempo dentro del observatorio y por lo tanto pocos minutos en el Roque de los Muchachos y tampoco se dio tiempo para poder almorzar 20 minutos,pero si fue amena aprendimos muchas cosas, gracias a la guía, gracias.

Mucho tiempo en el bus para ver lo que se podía haber visto en la mitad de tiempo. Mal organizado, mucho autobus y pocas paradas interesantes. Desde la recogida en el hotel (8:10) hasta las 14 horas no tuvimos un baño disponible. Son muchas horas y no lo avisan, habrá gente que lo pase mal. Llamé por teléfono de propio para pedir detalles y no me lo explicaron bien. Me informaron mal sobre el calzado y sobre el almuerzo. En realidad solo se visita El Roque de los muchachos. Todo el día para eso.

From hotel pickup (8:10 AM) until 2:00 PM we did not have a bathroom available. It is many hours and they do not warn it, there will be people who have a bad time. Para nosotros la experiencia fue regular porque, pese al excelente trabajo de la guía y el conductor, el precio es demasiado alto considerando que se trata de un grupo muy grande de personas con los inconvenientes que eso conlleva (retrasos, recogidas, interacción...). Civitatis no nos informó de la posibilidad de recogida en Santa Cruz de la Palma, nos hubiésemos ahorrado el transporte al punto más cercano. Gracias a nuestra guía, al día siguiente lo conseguimos.

La excursión espectacular. La agencia islabonita fue perfecta. Tanto Toño el conductor como Rosi la guia fueron geniales. Civititatis deberia actualizar los puntos de recogida. Pues hay otro punto de recogida en Santa Cruz de la Palma y nos tuvimos que trasladar a los cancajos.

Salimos con 1/2 hora de retraso. La conductora del bus sobresaliente y la guía notable pero después de descender de la caldera y el roque. La segunda parte de la excursión sobra. Solo se ve parte del paisaje (si vas al lado de la ventanilla) y lo único que visitas son lugares donde se venden souvenirs. No es nada interesante Gracias

Solo estuvimos 35 minutos en Roque de los muchachos. No me parece normal que en una excursión de 7 horas nos tengan 1 hora en llanos de Aridane o 40 minutos en el mirador del Time, y en Roque solo 35 minutos. Da la impresión de que había algún interés en que consumiesemos en el bar del Time y como en Roque no hay nada no tenían interés. Y al final pidiendo propinas para el conductor.

We only spent 35 minutes in Roque de los Muchachos. It doesn't seem normal to me that on a 7-hour excursion they have us spend 1 hour in Llanos de Aridane or 40 minutes at the Time viewpoint, and only 35 minutes in Roque. It seems that there was some interest in us having something to eat at the Time bar and since there is nothing in Roque they weren't interested. And in the end they asked for tips for the driver.
