Actividad nada recomendable. La organización por parte de Civitatis es desastrosa. Cuando llegamos al barco, resulta que ya estaba lleno y no nos dejaron subir (ya habíamos reservado nuestro asiento previamente). Aún sigo esperando a que Civitatis me contestes a los mensajes ya que me cerró la solicitud de reembolso parcial. NADA RECOMENDABLE RESERVAR CON CIVITATIS NI SU SERVICIO AL CLIENTE!!

Activity not recommended. The organization by Civitatis is disastrous. When we got to the boat, it turned out that it was already full and they wouldn't let us on (we had already reserved our seat beforehand). I'm still waiting for Civitatis to answer my messages since they closed my partial refund request. NOTHING RECOMMENDED TO BOOK WITH CIVITATIS NOR ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

El proveedor nos informó de que ya no había plazas para ir sentados y por eso os ofrecieron otra embarcación.
