La actividad muy bien y muy buen trato por parte del personal. No pongo excelente pq me parece un poco caro. Un ejemplo, el tema de las fotos, el fotógrafo nos ha acompañado y ayudado todo el recorrido, haciendo muy buenas fotos, el problema esq pretenden q la gente compre 1 foto por 35€ y 15 por 105€ cosa q me da pena pq me hubiera gustado llevarme alguna pero, pagar ese precio me parece un timo, si los precios hubieran sido razonables habriamos comprado alguna, nosotros y el resto del grupo.

La actividad en si fenomenal, pero la chica que nos indicó como funciona para recoger las fotos considero que no nos dio bien la información ya que nos dice que nos llegarían las fotos al hotmail al momento de pagar y una vez pagado la chica de caja nos indica que nos tenemos que meter en Internet poner un laing y poner una contraseña. Sintiéndome engañado en ese momento ya que hasta que no las vea físicamente y marchando no podré hacer la reclamación.

O passeio foi ótimo, fomos recepcionadas pelo Mauricio que nos guiou do início ao fim do passeio. Foi muito profissional e pacientes com o grupo que tinham idosos, jovens e meia idade. A beleza natural é exuberante. Tivemos equipamentos de proteção e no fim um almoço de boa qualidade. Só não gostei do transfer, recebi informação truncada, perdi o transfer por cerca de 5minutos e tive que ir de taxi por conta própria. A volta nos deixaram no Hotel. La excursión es una auténtica maravilla, te adentras en una cueva espectacular, completamente equipado de material, con guía y fotógrafo y al final te dan de comer un pequeño bufé de comida mejicana! Todo fue de diez, pero tenemos que destacar el trabajo de la guía, Anna, que fue increíble. Nos ayudo en todo, nos explico absolutamente todo y nos enseño cada uno de los secretos de su “oficina”. El recorrido genial y Alma fue una gran guia, a parte de explicar todo muy bien se preocupaba por nosotros. Una experiencia totalmente recomendable. El punto negativo fue el precio de las fotos, son excesivamente caras: - Todas las fotos en un pendrive son 99$ - Una foto 25$ Cuestan más las fotos que la actividad. Una pena.
