Aromatherapy & Meditation at Finca Tierra Activa
Finca Tierra Activa is a place where love for nature and gratitude towards the Pachamama are present in every task and every seed grown in its fields. To experience this for ourselves, we'll meet at the appointed time with the farm's hostesses, who will welcome us with an antioxidant tea.
After this warm welcome, we'll be given an amphora with essential oils and a container to collect fruits and aromatic plants, and for 40 minutes, we'll walk through the farm's gardens. If you want, you can even do it barefoot to feel the earth under your feet and connect even more with nature.
Throughout the walk, we'll pick leaves and medicinal plants, making several stops to learn about breathing techniques and positive habits that will help us in our daily lives.
Then, we'll move to a garden where we'll enjoy a relaxing pediluvium, a foot bath with aromatic plants during which we'll drink tea and eat freshly picked fruit.
We'll leave the best for last: a 15-minute aromatherapy and meditation session that will take place on a banana plantation. You'll learn spiritual and body dynamics, after which we'll enjoy a snack with products from the farm.
Finally, we'll say goodbye to the hostesses and the activity will end, two hours after departure.

If you select the tour with a meal, depending on the time you have booked, you'll have breakfast (eggs, fruit, arepas, homemade bread, coffee or hot chocolate), lunch (starter, main course, dessert and a drink), or dinner (starter, main course and a drink) included.
