San Andres Caribbean Music Bus Tour
Tour Details
At the chosen time, we’ll meet at the Hotel Sol Caribe Seaflower and hop aboard a chiva rumbera, a colorful traditional Colombian bus that will take us around San Andrés in true party style!
As we ride the chiva, we’ll soak up the island’s stunning scenery while Caribbean music sets the rhythm. Our first stop will be the Islander House Museum, dedicated to preserving the culture and traditions of the local community. It’s the perfect way to discover the heritage of this Caribbean paradise.
Next, we’ll continue on to the Persistence Museum and West View Pool, a natural eco-park where you can dive into its crystal-clear waters for a refreshing swim.
And then—it’s off to the Hoyo Soplador! Here, you’ll witness the force of the sea crashing against the cliffs. On days of high tide, seawater shoots dramatically through holes in the rocks, a truly unique sight.
After an unforgettable day exploring San Andrés aboard the chiva rumbera, we’ll return to the meeting point, wrapping up the activity about four hours later.
Route Changes
If you opt for the morning tour, the route will change slightly. Instead, we'll visit the Casa Museo Isleña, the Hoyo Soplador (an impressive sea geyser), and the West View pool. Additionally, instead of visiting The Persistence, we'll discover Morgan Cave, where we'll uncover the history behind the pirate that named the cave.
