San Andrés Tour
Tour Details
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and begin this tour of San Andrés Island, which is part of the archipelago that includes Providencia and Santa Catalina, a true paradise in the Caribbean Sea.
Our first stop will be at the Casa Museo, a recreation of a typical San Andrés house where you'll see historical photographs of the island and some antiques, with the aim of paying homage to the island's cultural heritage.
Afterwards, we'll head to Morgan's Cave, a mysterious cavern that, according to legend, hides the treasure of the famous pirate Henry Morgan. This is one of the most historic spots on the island, as it's an ideal place to learn about the legacy of piracy in San Andrés.
Then, we'll continue the tour approaching the West View natural pool, a perfect place to snorkel and admire the marine fauna, thanks to its completely crystal-clear waters. At each stop, we'll leave you about half an hour to explore the place on your own.
Our adventure will continue at the Hoyo Soplador, a curious natural formation where seawater is forced out of a hole in the ground. It's an impressive phenomenon that can only be seen when the sea conditions allow it.
Finally, we'll make our way back to the starting point, where we'll say goodbye after a total of 3.5 hours of walking.
