En el recorrido en lancha se puede ver distinta fauna, imagino que dependiendo de la época, a nosotros nos tocó ver un cocodrilo y un perezoso por carretera, además de muchos monos y aves. El guía Keylor estaba demasiado apurado y no nos dejaba tiempo para poder mirar o sacar fotos. Poca empatía con una persona que no podía caminar rápido. A mí me tocó ir en el asiento de atrás de la van, 3 horas de ida y 3 de vuelta sin poder reclinar el asiento y a los saltos. Cuando le dije al guía me sentía descompuesta si podía pasar adelante no el, ni se preocupó. Me parece que mi lugar en la van lo había ocupado una amiga de él que estaba en el Tour

Our guide, Keylor, was in too much of a hurry and didn't give us time to look around or take pictures. He showed little empathy for someone who couldn't walk quickly. I had to sit in the back of the van for three hours each way, without being able to recline the seat because of the bumps and jolts. When I told the guide I felt unwell and asked if I could move to the front, he didn't even care. I think a friend of his who was on the tour had taken my seat.

Great experience in particular the professional work of Miguel, our tour guide. He was with the group (5 people) all the time explaning carefully about the habitat, animals, etc. He loves his work and knows a lot about the nature in el tortuguero. Excelente tour, Manuel todo el tiempo compartiendo información sobre el viaje, muy atento y responsable sobre el viaje, la comida muy rica, el chófer (Walter) muy bien. Un contratiempo con la carretera sin embargo se pudo mitigar (claro esta, que no es culpa del guia ni de la compañia, cosas que pasan) se pudo realizar todo el recorrido 100% recomendable si no tienes tiempo para pasar algunos días en tortuguero. Increíble. Lo mejor Berni, nuestro guía, que no paró de decirnos datos de Costa Rica ni hacernos vivir experiencias en todo el día. Durante el camino en carretera ya vimos perezosos, cogimos rambutanes y buscamos "strawberry frogs". Es un día ultra completo que se hace ameno por todo lo que se aprende. El desayuno costarricense muy completo y la comida (influenciada por la cocina jamaicana) deliciosa. A pesar de ser noviembre el tiempo fue inmejorable. Y Luis el conductor otro 10! Incredible. The best was Berni, our guide, who did not stop telling us facts about Costa Rica or making us live experiences throughout the day. La actividad fue inmejorable. Fuimos 6 personas en furgoneta y nos hizo muy buen tiempo (supongo que el cuento cambia mucho si hace malo). Nuestro guía, Alvar, lo dió todo! Se nota que le gusta lo que hace. El camino de ida se hace algo intenso pero él lo ameniza bastante, te va explicando cosas y va parando varias veces (vimos una plantación de piñas, tortugas, iguanas...). Barny and Arnold are the best guildes I have ever met. They are very attentive and clever. I had an impression that they know everything about Costa Rica. They are not just good guides, but also really nice persons. The tour was really interesting. We saw so many beautiful things, places and even animals. I would really recommend to do this tour - one can see and learn a lot about Tortuguero and Costa Rica. Me and my husband were really happy.
