The experience was fine, the tour could have been a little better.. we took a really long pauses which was cool for slow pace people and pictures at the cathedral that didn’t seem too necessary, wish we could have saw a little more.. I was also told I was put as a no show but I have pictures of me and my boyfriend with the group at the last place we visited? Soo that was a little weird…..

The pauses are taken to give practical recommendations that are usually of interest to the participants. However, we apologise if any of the guides went too far in this respect. On the other hand, it was the local supplier's understanding that you had not finished the tour, hence the misunderstanding about the no show. Finally, we can confirm that the service was performed as offered and, of course, you participated in the tour. We will continue to work to provide the best possible experience.

Guide was very nice. Did know her stuff. We were hoping for a more historical tour. We were shown several restaurants and hotels, told about buildings, saw a few plazas, but didn't get the historical aspect we were hoping for.

All our guides are professionals in the tourism sector, duly trained. As for the contents taught, these are those that time and experience have taught us are usually of interest to the participants. Even so, there is always room for improvement. We will strive to do so.
