Are you in Santiago and in the mood for a winter adventure? We’ll meet at the selected meeting point and, after a short drive, arrive at a ski clothing rental shop. There, we’ll get equipped with the necessary gear, such as gloves, pants, a jacket, and ski goggles, to enjoy this day trip to El Colorado. Ready? Let’s go!

After a 30-minute drive, we’ll be welcomed with a pisco sour and breathtaking views from the El Colorado ski resort, located over 2,500 m (8,202 ft) above sea level. Snow-capped peaks, pine forests, and the fresh air of the Andes Mountains will create the perfect winter setting.

Once there, you’ll choose whether you want to ski or snowboard, and we’ll provide the equipment. When everything’s ready, you’ll have 6 hours of free time to enjoy one of South America’s best ski resorts. Best of all, a 2-hour ski or snowboard lesson is included, during which an expert instructor will teach you the basics so you can feel confident on the slopes.

The resort features 50 kilometers (31 miles) spread across 70 different runs, ranging from beginner areas to more challenging routes for advanced levels. To access the slopes, you’ll have 18 lifts, including 2 double chairlifts, 3 triple chairlifts, and 12 surface lifts. El Colorado also has 3 restaurants and a pub where you can grab food and drinks on your own.

At the end of the day, we’ll meet again to return the equipment and begin the journey back to the meeting point in Santiago. There, we’ll say our goodbyes after a total of 12 hours.

Activity Options

When booking, you can choose between 2 options:

• Day trip without clothing rental: in this case, snow clothing rental is not included. You can bring your own gear or rent it independently at the rental shop we stop at.
• Day trip with clothing rental: this option includes snow clothing: gloves, pants, a jacket, and goggles.

Children Under 4

Children under 4 years old take part for free, but the ski or snowboard lesson and access to the slopes aren’t included.
