Trip to Skrova Island
At 10 am, we will meet up at the pier in Svolvær to board the catamaran that will take us to Skrova Island. Are you ready to sail the Norwegian Sea?
As we sail through the archipelago, we will talk about the seabed of the Lofoten Islands and the main species that live there. With the help of an underwater drone, you will have the opportunity to discover the colorful biodiversity of these amazing Norwegian waters.
Once in Skrova, we will tell you some fascinating facts about this remote island. Fishing is the main economic engine of its inhabitants. According to rumors, Skrova has the highest density of millionaires in Norway thanks to this activity.
We will stroll through the quiet streets and visit some galleries and craft shops. If we are lucky, we will spot some Lofoten white-tailed eagles, the majestic birds that inhabit the island of Skrova.
After visiting the fishing community, we will move on to the white sandy beaches, one of the island's great attractions. Get your camera ready! Skrova's coastline is home to perfect picture-postcard landscapes.
Finally, we will return to the boat and start the return trip to Svolvær where we arrive around 1 pm.
