Trondheim Fjord Hike
Hike Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at the Korsvika parking lot to start this lovely hiking activity through the Trondheim Fjord. Ready?
Our meeting point is right at the start of the Ladestien Trail, which runs along the western part of the fjord to the east. This side has small hills, while the Asian side is almost flat, so the trail will have a medium level of difficulty.
Throughout this path of 3.10 feet (5 kilometers), you'll enjoy the views of lush vegetation featuring birches, pines, spruces, rowans, alders, and hazelnut trees, the latter being especially common in the western part of the path.
Plus, you'll come across several beaches, most of them covered in pebbles. Some of the most popular beaches are Ringvebukta and Djupvika, whose water temperature varies between 64.4 and 69.8 °F (18 and 21 °C) during hot summer periods. You'll love walking along the Ladestien Trail, with the fjord's calm waves gently crashing against the rocks.
Finally, we'll start our journey back to the starting point, where we'll conclude our hike after a total of 2.5 hours.
