Corte Fornello Winery Tour + Pasta Workshop
Activity Details
At the appointed time, we'll meet at the entrance of the Corte Fornello winery, where we'll be warmly welcomed, ready for a delicious day!
Hand in hand with the hosts, we'll learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta from scratch, making the dough and shaping different types of traditional pasta: spaghetti, tagliatelle and tortellini, each with its own charm, texture and character.
During a 1-hour hands-on class, we'll feel right at home as we follow in the chef's footsteps. Moreover, no previous experience is necessary, just curiosity and the desire to taste authentic Italian cuisine.
After the fresh pasta class, the experience continues with a 40-minute guided tour of the winery. A member of the family will accompany us on a tour of the vineyards, the vinification and bottling area, and the old 18th century barrel cellar. Every corner reflects the passion that goes into every bottle!
After discovering how they are made, the most awaited moment will come, a tasting of three selected wines, paired with a board of cured meats and artisanal cheeses. How about a toast? Cheers!
About 3 hours later, we'll finish this gastronomic experience at the Corte Fornello winery.
