Las cuevas impresionantes, pero la organización nefasta. Cambios a última hora, con prisas, teniendo que solucionar el propio cliente las incidencias y sin opción a cancelar gratuitamente aun siendo culpa del centro organizador.

The impressive caves, but the nefarious organization. Changes at the last minute, in a hurry, having to solve the incidents by the client himself and without the option to cancel for free even if it is the fault of the organizing center.

Al hacer la reserva indicasteis un punto de encuentro, pero señalando que si no era posible allí podríais ir al que se os asignara. Cuando se os facilitó la dirección y visteis que no os venía bien os comentamos que podíais acordar otro punto que fuera adecuado para vosotros con nuestro proveedor. Meravigliose! Si entra con una barchetta da 20 persone e si esplora l'interno delle grotte; per un piccolo tratto della grotte si prosegue a piedi per poi riprendere la barchetta. Unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stato lo spettacolo finale di luci e musica alla fine del percorso.. Le grotte sono un elemento naturale e come tale dove essere lasciato; il fatto di fare spettacoli e concerti all'interno a nostro parere non è necessario, anzi.. meglio vivere il silenzio e la tranquillità del posto Translate this opinion into English.

Wonderful! You enter with a 20-person boat and explore the interior of the caves; for a small part of the cave continue on foot and then take the boat again.
