We had a great time with Miguel, and learned a lot. Paella is a tradition and once you see the pride and tradition behind this great dish, you have a better understanding. Miguel is very knowledgeable, we enjoyed our session.

Hemos tenido la actividad de aprendizaje para hacer paella valenciana. Ha sido una experiencia mágica. Un ambiente especial y muy interesante, ya que hacemos la paella con fuego, al aire libre, dentro de una casa tipica valenciana con huerto y patio. Un trato excelente muy amable y profesional. Aprendimos mucho y finalizamos la experiencia con un aperitivo, vino y comiendo una de las mejores paellas que hemos probado. No se puede pedir más. Es excelente y absolutamente recomendable. We have had the learning activity to make Valencian paella. It has been a magical experience. A special and very interesting atmosphere, since we make the paella with fire, outdoors, inside a typical Valencian house with orchard and patio.
