Inicio irregular por incumplimiento horarios salida en paradero partida. En recorrido,entre lugares atractivos y algunos muy lejanos entre si ,la grabación de la guía turística podría hablar otras cosas de Valencia y así no quedarse en silencio por ratos prolongados.

Falta de información en las paradas canceladas. Nos volvimos locos buscando la parada para poder acceder al servicio, sin horarios de renovación, información de la web errónea. Un desastre. Por lo demás, el conductor excelente

Muy bonito! El paseo es justo para conocer toda la ciudad de Valencia!! El bus muy practico, aunque arriba hacia mucho calor y no corre aire ya que las ventanas no se pueden abrir. El proceso de compra y canje de tickets funcionó correctamente. Tomamos el bus en dos ocasiones y en ambas el audio era muy defectuoso, casi imposible de escuchar. El trayecto es algo lento y existe una parada de 15 minutos (indicada) en la zona de Nuevo Centro que resulta poco práctica por lo alejada de las zonas turísticas. Las explicaciones, si se conseguian escuchar, eran completas e interesantes.

The ticket purchase and redemption process worked correctly. We took the bus on two occasions and both times the audio was very faulty, almost impossible to hear. The journey is somewhat slow and there is a 15-minute stop (indicated) in the Nuevo Centro area that is impractical because it is far from the tourist areas. Nos subimos en el bus turistico en pleno centro de valencia recorrimos varios lugares de interés nosotros nos bajamos en el museo fallero aprovechamos para ir al museo de las ciencias y las artes al oceanografico y a la salida volvimos a coger el bus que nos dejó en nuevo centro para desplazamientos lo mejor aparte de todas las vistas desde arriba y las explicaciones muy bien. En cuanto al autobus todo bien, pero no tenían mapas de la ciudad disponibles, al momento de hacer la reserva Civitatis debería enviar un mapa de la ruta que seguirá el bus para saber dónde tomarlo. Cuando entramos a la página de Cititatis no había forma de encontrarlo. Incluso me comuniqué con alguien en el chat que supuestamente me envió el mapa peo no se podía descargar. El último día el bus no paró en el punto que debía en el último horario, se pasó de largo y tuvimos que caminar mucho.

As for the bus, everything was fine, but they did not have maps of the city available. When making the reservation, Civitatis should send a map of the route the bus will follow to know where to take it. When we went to the Cititatis website there was no way to find it. I even contacted someone in the chat who supposedly sent me the map but it couldn't be downloaded. The last day the bus did not stop at the point it should on the last schedule, it went too far and we had to walk a lot.
