Tour Details

Day 1: Arrival in Aswan

Our unforgettable journey begins by picking you up at Aswan airport upon arrival, where we'll hand you your visa and help you pass through immigration before taking you to your hotel. If you were already in the city, we'll pick you up at your accommodation to take you to the hotel. In both cases, we'll have dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Abu Simbel

The day begins with a bus excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel, one of the most famous temples in Egypt, saved from the waters of the Nile thanks to international collaboration. You'll have time to visit these two temples, one dedicated to Ramses II and the other to Nefertari, his first wife, and admire the grandeur of these two structures.

On the way back to Aswan, we'll stop at the Aswan Dam, one of the greatest engineering projects of the 20th century.

At the end of the day, we'll take you to the place where we'll board the boat to start the Nile cruise.

Day 3: Philae and Kom Ombo Temples

After spending the night sailing and having breakfast on the cruise ship, we'll start the day by visiting the temple of Philae, considered one of the jewels of the Nile and one of the best preserved temples in the country. The views approaching us by boat will be wonderful!

We’ll return to the cruise ship for lunch and, in the afternoon, we’ll visit a perfume store and take a ride on a falucca, a traditional Egyptian boat. Afterward, we’ll return to the cruise ship to continue sailing towards Luxor.

On the way, we’ll stop at the temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to Sobek and Hareoris, two important gods of the Egyptian pantheon. Did you know that it is a symmetrical construction? Plus, you'll love its location on the eastern bank of the Nile River!

At the end of the visit, we’ll continue sailing to Luxor.

Day 4: Temples of Edfu and Luxor

After breakfast, we’ll stop to visit the temple of Edfu. Dedicated to the god Horus, it is the best preserved temple in Egypt. After your visit, we’ll return to the cruise ship to continue sailing.

Welcome to Luxor, ready to discover the charms of ancient Thebes? We’ll tour the city and the Temple of Luxor, a postcard image that will be hard to forget. We’ll discover the center of the city aboard a horse-drawn carriage, and finally we’ll take you to the cruise ship where we’ll rest until the next day.

Day 5: Temples of Karnak and Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon

After breakfast on the cruise ship, we’ll head to the temple of Karnak, which highlights especially its hypostyle hall, with 134 columns that take your breath away. What's more, we’ll see the Avenue of the Sphinxes, which connected Karnak with the temple of Luxor.

We’ll continue the tour, crossing to the west bank of the Nile to go to the Valley of the Kings, where the tombs of the most famous pharaohs of Ancient Egypt are located. We’ll also visit the Temple of Hatshepsut and the imposing Colossi of Memnon.

In the afternoon, we’ll take you to Luxor airport, where we’ll take the flight to Cairo. Once we land in the Egyptian capital, we’ll take you to the hotel to rest until the next day.

Day 6: Giza, Saqqara & Cairo

On the sixth day, we’ll start with one of the most iconic experiences in Egypt: visiting the pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. You'll also have the chance to go inside the Pyramid of Cheops for an unforgettable adventure.

Next, we’ll stop at a papyrus institute to see how this ancient paper was traditionally made and learn more about its role in Egyptian culture. Then, we'll enjoy a hearty traditional lunch before continuing to Memphis, Egypt’s first capital. There, we’ll visit Saqqara, as well as admire the impressive statue of Ramses II.

After a short rest, the evening takes us into the heart of medieval Cairo. We'll stroll down the city's oldest street, soak up the atmosphere of the Khan el-Khalili market, and step inside the famous Mirror Café. We'll wrap up this incredible day with a delicious dinner in this historic setting.

Day 7: Cairo

Good morning! Today, we’ll explore the most iconic landmarks of downtown Cairo. We'll start with a visit to the Saladin Citadel, where you'll take in panoramic views of the city and step inside the impressive Alabaster Mosque. Then, we’ll dive into the vibrant energy of the Khan el-Khalili market—perfect for bargaining and picking up souvenirs. Our stroll will also take us through the historic Coptic Quarter, offering a glimpse into one of the oldest Christian communities in the world.

After lunch, we’ll head to the Egyptian Museum, where you’ll be amazed by its vast collection of ancient treasures and an unmissable highlight of any trip to Cairo.

To round off our penultimate day, we’ll enjoy dinner at a local restaurant, soaking up the flavors of Egyptian cuisine.

Day 8: Cairo Airport

After breakfast, we'll transfer you to Cairo Airport in time for your international flight. The departure from the hotel will be scheduled according to your flight time to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey.

What Do I Need to Bring?

All you need to join this tour is to book an outbound flight to Aswan and a return flight from Cairo, arriving on the day your tour begins and departing on the same day of the following week. For example, if you arrive in Aswan on a Tuesday, your return flight from Cairo should be the following Tuesday.

Flights

On the day of arrival, we recommend that your flight lands in Aswan no later than 2 am to give you enough time to get settled. On your departure day from Cairo, your guide will adjust to your international flight schedule to ensure a smooth and stress-free departure.

All Inclusive

The price of the tour includes everything: visa, internal flights, transportation, hotels, boats, lunches, dinners, breakfasts, guides, excursions, visits and entrance fees (except for the entrance to the Great Pyramid of Cheops).

It is almost impossible to compare our price with other agencies, since no one includes everything, and the final price could even double.
