Chapultepec Castle & Museum of Anthropology Tour + Mexico City Cable Car
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Mexico City. Once we're ready, we'll start the activity. Let's go!
First, we'll hop on the cable car again to Mexico City, where, for 25 minutes, you'll enjoy the unique views of the Bosque de Chapultepec (Chapultepec Forest). As we ascend, we'll tell you stories and facts about this green lung that will surely surprise you.
Once our cable car ride is finished, we'll stop for 30 minutes at the former presidential residence in Los Pinos. We'll explore its most important spaces, such as the gardens, historic rooms, and cultural galleries, while we discover the key moments that have marked the political history of Mexico from this iconic site.
Hungry? We'll stop at a restaurant in the area for a tasting of traditional Mexican food. Here, you can try freshly made quesadillas served with coffee, bread, and typical drinks. It's the perfect place to rest and enjoy the authentic flavors in a relaxed environment.
Then, we'll enjoy a 1-hour guided tour of the stunning Chapultepec Castle. You'll dive into the Mexican capital's past at this emblematic site as you explore its rooms and terraces. It's a historic site you can't miss!
Afterward, we'll visit the National Museum of Anthropology, considered one of the most important museums in Latin America. Here, you'll admire archaeological pieces and prehispanic collections to understand Mexico's cultural richness through the centuries, with rooms that showcase civilizations and essential symbols of its history.
Finally, we'll say our goodbyes at the iconic Angel of Independence after approximately 6.5 hours.
