Private Tour of Bangkok
We'll pick you up from your hotel at 7 am to start the tour around Bangkok. To begin with we'll visit Wat Traimit Temple, where you'll find the 3 metre (10 ft) tall and 5.5 tonne (5500 kg) Golden Buddha. You'll surely be impressed by the world's largest solid gold buddha.
Our next stop will be the Wat Pho temple. Here you'll be amazed by the symbolic gold-leaf reclining Buddha, which measures a huge 46 metres (150 ft) long. The temple itself is also outstanding with its 4 chapels and nearly 400 gilded Buddha images.
From here, we'll make our way to the Grand Royal Palace, which was home to the Kings of Siam from the 18th Century until the 20th Century. As we explore we'll see the important Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew).
After having lunch at a local restaurant by the river, we'll head to Bangkok's flower market to wander around its beautiful stalls full of flowers, fruit and vegetable. To finish the tour, we'll enjoy a boat ride along the Chaopraya River and watch the bustling city from the calming water.
The tour will end at BTS Saphan Taksin station.
