The Château de Blois is one of the most emblematic fortified buildings in the Loire Valley, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000. And no wonder, having been the favorite residence of the kings of France during the Renaissance.
With this ticket, you'll not only have the opportunity to visit the castle with an audioguide in English, but you'll also enjoy a unique audiovisual show with which you'll discover the history of the country in a fun and dynamic way.

The Château de Blois is open from Monday to Sunday at the following times:
- November 4th to December 20th, 2024: from 10 am to 5 pm
- December 21st, 2024 to January 5th, 2025: from 10 am to 6 pm. On December 24th and 31st, 2024, the castle will be open from 10 am to 5 pm. The castle is closed on December 25th, 2024, and January 1st, 2025
- January 6th to February 28th, 2025: from 10 am to 5 pm
- March 1st to 31st, 2025: from 10 am to 5 pm
- April 1st to September 30th, 2025: from 9 am to 6:30 pm
- October 1st to 17th, 2025: from 9 am to 6 pm
- October 18th to November 3rd, 2025: from 9 am to 6:30 pm
- November 4th to December 19th, 2025: from 10 am to 5 pm
- December 20th, 2025 to January 4th, 2026: from 10 am to 6 pm
In 2025, the sound and light show will take place on the following dates:
- From Saturday, April 5th to Saturday, September 27th, 2025
- From Saturday, October 18th to Saturday, November 1st, 2025
These are the show's start times for the 2025 season:
- April and September: at 10 pm
- May, June, July and August: at 10:30 pm
- October and November: at 7:15 pm
Please note that the visiting hours of the castle and the light show are different. This means that you will not be able to visit the castle between closing time and the start of the light show.
The final entry to the castle is 30 minutes before closing time.
