    We had the activity scheduled for Sunday, September 6th. Unfortunately, it dawned with terrible weather and continuous rain. From 7:26 am onwards, we contacted the operator to ask if the tour would still be running. They didn't answer calls, messages, or direct calls, and we tried to reach them at the two numbers provided on the voucher. Finally, we arrived at the underwater meeting point and there was no one there. And to this day, we still haven't received any response from this operator.

    Everything went as expected. We saw dolphins on the way. Also a sloth. Then we stayed on a paradise beach for a couple of hours and afterward had a menu meal at Cayo Coral. Then a quick snorkel with some corals. It perfectly met our expectations.
