Folk Performance
Budapest’s most famous Folklore music groups are: Hungarian State Folk Ensemble, Danube Folk Ensemble and Rajkó Folk Ensemble. All three groups were established between 1951 and 1957. Each group is made up of 30 artists, who prepare Hungarian traditional choreographies.
The performance is 90-minutes long with a 10-minute interval after the first 45 minutes.

Located in the heart of Budapest's 5th district, the Aranytíz Cultural Centre is modernity embedded in classicism. This neo-Renaissance building restored at the beginning of the 21st century is the ideal setting to enjoy one of the traditional activities that best conveys the musical culture of Hungary.
