We'll meet at the designated time at the Vinoteca de la Colonia. There, an expert sommelier will welcome us and take us on a journey through the area's rich winemaking and cheesemaking traditions.
We'll start by learning the secrets behind Colonia del Sacramento's wines. To see their quality for ourselves, we'll enjoy a tasting of 3 glasses of high-quality wines from the region's top wineries.
To go along with the drinks, we'll taste artisanal products that are a true source of local pride. The pairing will include 4 varieties of regional cheeses and 2 types of cured meats, all traditionally made and award-winning at both national and international tastings.
As we savor these delights, the sommelier will explain the unique characteristics of Colonia's climate and soil that make its products one of a kind. The perfect culinary experience!
