The tour was very comprehensive, and the operators and guide were generally attentive and friendly. However, there were a few minor issues, such as operators from other groups within the same agency suddenly switching passengers without warning. At one stop, I got out to stretch my legs next to the van, and another van from the same agency passed almost too close—it was not only uncomfortable but also dangerous. Unfortunately, the guide had difficulty answering some questions directly, even though our group spoke Spanish.
Our guide, Wilmer, was very professional. He was attentive to all our needs. The tour of Tikal National Park was excellent. The information he provided, his explanations, and the details he shared allowed us to truly appreciate this incredible wonder. Everything was great.
